Stephensons has promoted eight members of staff across five departments to become senior associates.
These include:
Chloe Parish in the firm’s regulatory team. Chloe specialises in education, health and social care regulation as well as professional discipline cases
Rebecca Billinge, a solicitor specialising in discrimination claims. Rebecca manages a varied case load of both civil and employment discrimination claims brought on behalf of claimants under the Equality Act 2010
Stephen Woodhouse in the Stephensons employment law team. Stephen advises clients on a wide range of employment law matters as well as ongoing HR support to many SME businesses across the country
Emma Roberts, a solicitor in Stephensons’ family law department. Emma has expertise and experience in advising on all aspects of family law including divorce and civil partnership dissolution as well as disputes involving children
Rachel Benett specialises in the law relating to children and is a member of the Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation scheme. Rachel’s particular expertise is in representing parents, children, and other family members in care proceedings
Sarah Masters in the firms’ personal injury department. Sarah is highly experienced in civil litigation cases and specialises in industrial disease claims.
Katie Plappert is a litigation executive in the personal injury team. Katie acts for clients in a wide variety of claims including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, and in public places.
Steven Jones is also a litigation executive. Steven is head of the credit hire team, within the personal injury department and joined Stephensons back in 2003.
