Biography
Paul qualified as a solicitor in October 1990 and joined Stephensons in May 2016. He was made a senior associate in 2018.
He is an experienced property lawyer within the commercial property team.
Areas of specialism
- Acquisition and sale of development sites for both residential and commercial properties
- Landlord and tenant work, acting for both landlord and tenant
- Management issues arising out of property portfolios
- Advising clients on sales and purchases into pension schemes
Paul has recently acted on behalf of three investors, including a pension scheme, in the acquisition of a multi let property including the preparation of the syndicate agreement between the parties.
Paul is a member of the Law Society.
