Liam Waine
Biography
Liam qualified with Stephensons in September 2002, having completed his training contract with the firm. Liam became an associate in May 2006 and was made Partner in May 2008.
Liam returned to Stephensons in August 2022 having spent 12 months working in the construction department for a large regional law firm.
Liam is highly experienced in litigation and dispute resolution covering all aspects of consumer litigation which include the following areas of specialism:
- Consumer credit
- Contract disputes
- Faulty goods and services
- Building/construction disputes
- Professional negligence
- Neighbour disputes
Liam is a member of the Society of Construction Law.
