Jordan Davies

Biography

Jordan completed her training contract at an independent firm in Liverpool, qualifying as a solicitor in 2018. After spending some time developing her litigation experience, she moved to Forbes Solicitors in Preston to focus on property litigation. Jordan spent a year working in property litigation before moving into the contentious trusts and probate team where she found her true calling. Thereafter, Jordan has specialised in contentious trusts and probate and has continued to practice in this specialist area ever since.

To further her knowledge in the area, Jordan moved to another local Preston firm to further develop her speciality in the niche area, before joining Stephensons.

Jordan now leads the contentious trusts and probate work for the firm and works closely with other departments across the firm.

Jordan is experienced in acting for clients in Inheritance Act claims, Will disputes, trust disputes and many other areas of contentious probate.
