Biography
Julie is the manager of Stephensons' new business team based in the customer service centre at our Wigan office.
Julie joined Stephensons in November 2004, as a part time instruction taker, and progressed to deputy manager and then manager of the team in 2015.
Julie manages a team of 26 people who work 24/7, 365 days a year dealing with all new enquiries for Stephensons and legal advice lines for major insurers.
Julie has experience with all classes of business. She is currently assisting the probate team dealing with the relatives of deceased clients. Due to personal experience she is able to give practical and legal advice.
Stephensons recognised Julie’s ability and dedication when she was appointed a senior associate of the firm in 2018.
