Biography
Ben is a solicitor in the family law department.
Ben began his career at Stephensons in August 2017 as a graduate paralegal in the family law team and has over six years of experience dealing with a wide array of family law matters. Before joining Stephensons, Ben graduated from the University of Manchester with an upper second class LLB law degree. Ben also has a masters degree in legal practice.
Ben has particular experience and expertise dealing with care proceedings, private arrangements and disputes involving children, and securing protection from domestic violence. Ben regularly deals with sensitive matters such as alleged physical, mental and sexual abuse, injuries to children, neglect and domestic violence. Ben has also has experience representing a range of vulnerable clients and has a strong ability to offer support, advice and expertise to clients at what can often be a very challenging time.
