The national law firm, Stephensons, has announced its latest round of partner appointments with specialists from residential conveyancing, IT, regulatory law and probate joining the partnership.
Natalie Bradley, Christopher Gath, Laura Hannah and Jill Rushton join the partnership which encompasses leading professionals and solicitors from more than 30 separate legal disciplines.
Natalie joined the conveyancing department at Stephensons in 2007. She has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and manages a team of 25 conveyancing specialists as well as running her own caseload. Natalie has a wealth of knowledge and can deal with the most complex type of residential transaction.
Christopher joined Stephensons in 2018, he manages a team of highly skilled in-house IT professionals, as well as working closely with the legal departments across the firm to deliver a wide range of technology services.
Laura Laura specialises in professional discipline and health and social care regulation. She represents healthcare professionals and businesses in relation to proceedings before the Care Quality Commission (CQC), Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), Ofsted and the General Medical Council (GMC). In particular, Laura advises registered care providers and managers in relation to enforcement action, criminal investigations, inquests and appeals to the first-tier tribunal (Care Standards Chamber).
Jill initially joined the firm in 2007 and manages the Wills and Probate team at Stephensons. She is a Court appointed Deputy and acts on a number of matters for clients suffering from issues affecting their capacity.
