Insolvency practitioners in the North West region are invited to attend a free legal seminar on November 20th 2014 from 2.30pm to 4.30pm at Whites Hotel, Bolton.
Leading law firm Stephensons, based in Middlebrook, hosts seminars for finance and insolvency professionals each quarter. The last event for this year will cover the leading developments and decisions in the insolvency sector in 2014, as well as a look ahead to 2015.
Nicola Whittle and Kathryn Maclennan, both specialist insolvency solicitors at Stephensons, will speak at the seminar. Those attending will gain valuable insight into the latest legal position on a number of issues including insolvency and claims by employees, bankruptcy tourism, the Jackson reforms, pensions in bankruptcy.
Nicola Whittle said: “This seminar will be a great overview of the main developments in the insolvency sector this year, and a chance to look at what next year might have in store. It will appeal to insolvency practitioners, lenders and accountants based in the North West. There will also be the opportunity to network with other like-minded professionals.
