Leading North West law firm Stephensons Solicitors LLP is holding a free legal seminar to advise insolvency professionals on funding for the future.
The quarterly seminar will be held at the USN Bolton Arena on 26th March from 3pm to 4.30pm. It will provide insolvency professionals with the latest legal updates on alternative funding solutions and insolvency litigation and the Jackson reforms.
Kathryn Maclennan, a specialist insolvency solicitor at Stephensons, said: “This seminar is very important for insolvency practitioners to be aware of. The future of funding for insolvency cases is front of mind at the moment. We will look at where we are now following the Jackson reforms, as well as where funding may come from in the future.”
