In 2022 we successfully settled a complex dispute for a client residing in China. We secured a successful settlement for the client and all parties were able to conclude matters efficiently and effectively.
This year, we have been assisting a client who resides in Italy in both applying for probate and handling a claim against the estate. Our client has been be able to defend the claim without being negatively impacted by their residence outside of the UK and we continue to assist her in doing so.

We are happy to utilise alternative postal and courier services to ensure ease of postage. We will work with you to identify and utilise the easiest methods of exchanging documents where necessary. Many items can be exchanged through email but where this may not suffice, there are plenty of other options that we can use.
