Why choose Stephensons for your outsourced HR needs?

Unlike many of our competitors who may provide HR support, at Stephensons we are well versed to understanding why and how claims arise at Tribunal.  These are often due to processes being followed incorrectly and decisions being taken in the heat of the moment.  Given our experience in litigation, we are best placed to assist companies in understanding what needs to be done and how to tailor solutions to suit you as a business.

By outsourcing your HR support needs to us, we will get to know you as a client and you will be assigned a solicitor in the team to work with you throughout the duration of any contract with us.

They will help in drafting contracts and policies and procedures, advise you on a day to day basis with any HR matter and keep you updated with the latest legislation and how it impacts on you as a business.

More importantly, if you outsource your HR support to us, you will have peace of mind by way of insurance cover to protect you and minimise costs in the event a claim is brought against you.

Our outsourced HR support packages

We have two outsourced HR support packages in place, namely:

HR Assist which is a fixed fee package and is designed to start up businesses by offering access to an advice line and template contracts and policies.

Workplace Plus is a fully tailored HR outsourced support solution giving you unlimited access to a designated Employment solicitor for ongoing advice and assistance at a fixed cost.

You will have dedicated support through an allocated solicitor in the team and we will not tie you into lengthy contracts with an assurance of a fixed cost for the service.

Many of our clients stay with us as they prefer a more hands on approach and consistency in dealing with their specific point of contact. We value getting to know your business and how best to support your outsourced HR requirement.

"Right from the outset, we'll go and visit a client at their premises to understand the client's needs and what we'll focus upon is undertaking a full audit of the company's HR and employment products. So for instance, we will draft any documentation or take them through a disciplinary or grievance procedure for instance."
