Stephensons' Central Service team, which handles thousands of new client calls every month, has been shortlisted for a prestigious award.
The team - based at our Wigan Investment Centre office - is competing for the title of Frontline Team of the Year at the 2012 Call North West Awards. This is an awards ceremony dedicated to showcasing the extraordinary talent that exists within contact centres here in the North West.
We are short listed alongside some major brands including British Gas and the Government's General Register Office. We had to make a written submission about the successes of our Central Service team, focusing on how the team works together in coordination not competition, and shares a combined strategy and purpose.
The second stage is a presentation to the judges in September, followed by the glittering awards ceremony on October 12th.
