Biography
Adam is a graduate paralegal in the regulatory department, and specialises in regulatory defence, professional discipline and motoring offences.
Adam joined Stephensons in August 2023, after graduating from the University of Sheffield with an upper second class (2.1) honours Law (EU and International) degree in July 2023, with a year at Utrecht University, the Netherlands, achieving a first-class grade in June 2022.
Adam assists the partners and solicitors within the regulatory department specialising in numerous areas including: road transport regulation and operator licencing; road traffic offences; customs and excise; firearms licencing; health and safety investigations; trading standards investigations and prosecutions; and data protection and litigation.
