Stephensons have been instructed by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) to deal with the post completion work following the closure, to ensure that any outstanding work is finalised. Once Stephensons are aware that your property is unregistered or there is outstanding post completion work, a member of the team will be in touch with you directly to discuss your next steps. If your matter completes without the need for any additional work, a member of the team will write to you to confirm that the property has been registered in your name.
